Ellen will guide you in a personalized self care series that includes : beginner breathing and meditation exercises, simple Yoga stretching and Qigong movement practices, and a series of Mindfulness journal exercises to strengthen Mind and Body.
This series will educate you on how to reduce stress, cultivate inner and outer strength, quiet a busy mind, cultivate more relaxed energy, calm the nervous system and enhance coordination.
